I work on my feet and foot pain is getting to become a problem.

I don't cheap out on shoes, I got $160 Brooks walking shoes and put Keen insoles into them. Idk why but lately I've just been getting massive blisters on my front pads. Also FYI I got high arches.

I started going bare bones and not wearing shoes with padding, instead got "neutral" shoes (no heel) and changing the way I walk and stand to be more neutral (i was duck-footed and holding my body in a off-center way,) & doing strengthening related to walking barefoot in this posture. Now I can stand longer without pain, and walk without pain. But if you have some sort of body related medical condition, how much you can do this sort of thing could be limited.
