*I didn't make this meme and somehow I didn't notice the original was AI. Swapped out with a different image of sailors instead.

I hate how much ai slop I'm seeing everywhere lately.

This wasn't my OC, and I'm embarrassed that I didn't notice the original image was AI - just thought it was poor quality. I've edited the meme to swap out a real painting of sailors.

It is also so extremely pointless. There are dozens of real artworks that look basically the same (just look at the top pictures for googling "discovery of america" or "christopher columbus"). All of them could have been used instead for the meme.

I've had chronic fatigue+pain until I recently found out that not eating wheat is apparently doing wonders. And it's just absolutely wild seeing myself go out to do the optional side quests.

There's a road directly intersecting in front of the house I've been living in for four years, which I never walked down, because there was just nothing at the end of it that I had to get to.
And then you turn right on that road and you're instantly in the middle of the thickest greens, which is fucking nice.

And there's this cool mound / rock formation about two hundred meters downhill from here, which I could always see somewhat on top of and wanted to go up there, but again, just didn't until recently.
It's so much bigger than I thought. Like, I'll have to head up there another time, because I couldn't explore it all without proper shoes on. Which is the other thing, much like the instant nature, this was just instant mountaineering feeling. So many cool places hidden in plain sight.

But really the wildest thing was that I went up that mound after I had already walked around town for half an hour. Like, damn, I knew that normal people didn't get exhausted from activities the same way, but it kind of never clicked for me that you could actually chain optional activities. No wonder people always have so many stories to tell, when you can head out once and then experience like three or four things in a row.

I'm in a similar place with chronic fatigue and realising how much better I feel without wheat. Not quite at the stage to be going outside on adventures again yet, but it's still pretty wild how much of a difference it's made.

That head full of cotton wool brain fog and numbness in my body that I was experiencing before is gone, and the brain fog I still have is just the heavy tired kind that isn't anywhere as disabling. My whole body feels so much lighter and clearer now.

And the only thing that's changed in the last few months is removing wheat from my diet.

So many people are reporting similar experiences in regards to this too, I think we've really fucked up something agriculture related (amongst everything else) what with all the poor soil management, microplastics and pollution.

Thousands of pieces of actual art depicting exactly this and you used AI slop. Way to go.

My city's been changing so much as of late that I often get this feeling just going places that I haven't seen for over 5 years. All people talk about is how much construction is happening over in the bougie part of town (most of which was farmland like 30 years ago), but damn if the rest of the city isn't seeing redevelopment too. We're not like a super popular or populous city either so I have no idea where all this cash is coming from

Is there a way to see an archive of posts/comments before each edit?

Not that I'm aware of, but here it is if you're curious.

I know... It's super obvious, but I guess I had only gotten a sense of the pic without looking closely.

I was asking since I’ve seen more egregious cases of people rewriting what they’ve said. Your change is relatively mild and you were open about it, so I wasn’t sweating it for this case.

Yeah, I figure it's good etiquette to leave a note any time I edit something, especially if it already has conversation about it in the comments.
