what does one do if they forgot to verify their email for an account on lemm.ee? I can’t log into any android apps and the only way to log into the browser is to use the reset password option. I tried to go back and verify the email, but the link was over two weeks old. is there a way to resend the verification? any help is appreciated

Hey, as you've reset your password, it means you have successfully used your e-mail on lemm.ee, so I can manually mark your e-mail as verified.

Edit: It turns out your e-mail was already verified, so probably there is something else going on with login. Can you contact me in Matrix or Discord so we can debug further?

Hi. Couldn't figure out how to contact a lemm.ee admin or support person. I signed up as a new user on lemm,ee (lemmy.world is too congested). I verified email. The turn3d on 2FA, but it never gave me a key nor QR code. Now I cannot login. It says wrong 2fa code. I reset the PW, but that didn't help or turn off 2fa. So I signed up, verified, and am now locked out. Can you turn 2fa off on my new account?

New user I signed up as is nkiruanaya@lemm.ee.
