I am back on Lexapro due to complications with getting my Sertraline and it's making me feel tired.

Maybe I am taking too much?

On top of that, there is the Guanfacine which I take at night, but that affects me into the morning.

What should I do? I feel that it's affecting my executive functioning and I need that. I take Abilify as well. Does that make me feel tired all the time and give me brain fog? I take Vyvanse too.

I need to pinpoint why I am so tired all the time...

I have been doing that recently! But I want to make sure I don't have antidepressants hurting me.

Oh. What I meant was actually replacing drugs entirely with exercise, social connection, and healthy nutrition & sleep.

I'm not doing that yet. I prefer my pills.

Tapering off should be gradual anyway, but the evidence points to this being the healthiest possible setup is all that I mean (barring an uncommon disability of some sort, I suppose).

Yes, I will taper off, but I still need my ADHD meds.
