I have been doing that recently! But I want to make sure I don't have antidepressants hurting me.
Oh. What I meant was actually replacing drugs entirely with exercise, social connection, and healthy nutrition & sleep.
I'm not doing that yet. I prefer my pills.
Tapering off should be gradual anyway, but the evidence points to this being the healthiest possible setup is all that I mean (barring an uncommon disability of some sort, I suppose).
Yes, I will taper off, but I still need my ADHD meds.
