This is subjective map that have nothing to do with reality. The censorship in west countries is much bigger, there are laws that block websites like gambling, porn and media.

Here in Europe those types of websites can be accessed without issue. Only if they contain stuff like childporn or revengeporn are they actively banned.

And even if they were banned, you don't think the rest of the world wouldn't ban them as well?

It really isn't that subjective as you make it out to be.

Federation and Alternative Frontends completely solved my issue of censorship in Iran, but I will always still use a VPN.

Well, wouldn't say the data can be fully trusted, they list torrenting as being restricted while it's not.

Edit: Czechia is the country in question.

Canada and the United States have banned or shut down torrenting sites, while Trinidad and Tobago imposes lengthy prison sentences for illicit media streaming.

I assume this is what they're referring to, although you didn't specify your country. Seems accurate to me.
