I love how literal the chinese language is. Need a name for the first ever chinese made high-strength low-temperature steel? Got you, boss: China High-Strength Low Temperature Steel Number 1.

The article really doesn't detail that much...

Is there a scientific report thats been posted anywhere? It would be nice to read the engineers' attempts to create this material.
