Honestly, news organizations should just double down on criticizing Trump. What is he gonna do? Ban them all until he sits there alone with Fox News and a couple of right-wing bloggers? If that happens, and Fox News is suddenly the most reputable news organization in the room, I conjecture that even they would eventually clash with Trump over something, at which point even the dumbest of his supporters will have to realize that the problem isn't the news organizations but Trump's pathetic little ego.
Edit: I may be underestimating how dumb some of his supporters are, but here goes my half-baked take.

While true it's largely irrelevant, just like how a handful of cooperations own most food companies. Most folks don't know that so the perception isn't that Newscorp was fucked over but the WSJ was fucked over. When it comes to so called strongmen like Trump and more specifically his cult of personality the perception of the situation is all that matters.

now what if every journalist banded together and simultaneously reported the same thing? like with Trump kicking out that person who showed a photo of him an Epstein together at a recent speech, what if hundreds or even thousands got together and did it all at once? it becomes much harder to bat tons of people away quickly compared to just one or two
