We’ve known this for a long time. I think I first learned about it in the 90s as a kid. There’s gonna be some scary stuff happening once the trapped methane gets released and supercharges our planet’s rising temperatures. Things that haven’t been active in ages will start coming back and absolutely wreck havoc on humanity and wildlife. It’ll be like Covid-19 x 100.
