Personally, I did not enjoy those posts. But I applaud them for doing it. I would see them every day and just scroll past.

That's amazing! We need more posts like this instead of just links.

I saw their post earlier today and have been thinking about it off and on since then. This feels like a really big moment for Lemmy. Having watched the updates for a year and now seeing this best-of post… I don’t know how to articulate it but it feels like a real milestone for our whole community.

Either way, many congrats to @MyNameIsAtticus@lemmy.world, and thanks for the great 1 year post. I really enjoyed it.

Thank you! I’m really glad I had the chance to start this and let it grow beyond what it started as

We have so much overlap in our gaming habits that the occasional time you played a game I wasn’t familiar with it signified a pretty good chance I’d enjoy it, and that’s borne out so far.

Any games that you haven't seen from me that you'd suggest? I'd like to broaden my horizons a little bit and i can't let my backlog starve

I personally like seeing games I never heard of before. The more obscure the better.

It definitely makes for entertaining games, and I like showing off the ones I enjoyed. It makes for fun to see someone discovering things through me
