I don't have an ebike, but I do have a cargo bike with a pannier rack on the back. If your bike is set up with a rack like that, then I would recommend doing something like getting a mail crate or a milk crate and zip tieing that to the back rack. You could then bungee your laundry bag into that. I would have to see your actual frame configuration to see if that is feasible, but I could certainly do it on my Salsa Blackborow.

I have a duffle I would use in this scenario.
If i didn't have a bag big enough i would try using a trashbag and using the ties to fasten it to a backpack.
Otherwise i would make multiple trips or try to round up a couple friends to help.
Why not just have normal backpack?
It would need to be a pretty large backpack. I actually used to have a laundry backpack, but I'm unsure it would be safe to wear on the bike being as unwieldy as it was just wearing the thing
