Because of fucking capitalism. It all goes back to a fucking economic principle which is the worst part of it all, something so fucking abstract to human life itself. Capitalism needs a target to take out the citizens woes as the contradictions ruin the economics of the state. At one point, the capitalists picked women, and had decided to take the most inhumane, reductive stance on what a woman even could be, an incubator. And even then it won't fucking work because the cells were only 9 weeks into formation and the body is dead. It cannot send the right hormones at the right time to the cells because the brain cell is dead.
