I've always considered it the latter.
Same. It's about 90s culture, isn't it? I was born in the early 90s, I didn't consciously experience a lot of 90s things. My formative years were the 00s, therefore I'm not a 90s kid.
I thought it was about having almost 100 baby goats
I'm already 43 so I guess someone born in the 90s
Fun fact: if you were born before 1990, your birthday is closer to West Germany becoming a sovereign country than it is to today.
