Screw down power supplies in well hidden areas, snake power cables together. Buy a fuck ton of Velcro cable ties and group cables together.

Any hardware that will be regularly connected to and disconnected from should have dedicated space.

Any hardware that won't be used all the time should generally not be visible unless in use. So, hide your MIDI keyboard, or whatever.

Good lighting, some plants, little clutter

Good, work-focused lighting. RGB is cool and all, but your studio doesn’t need it. Soft, indirect light with some focus on where they need to be to work.

Step One: have a lot of money.

It depends on what you want. And how much effort you're willing to invest.
