Why in the world are these people getting random emails from DHS? Like, I'd immediately delete it as a scam. Since when does government start sending out emails for things like this? This is at least the 2nd person who has gotten an email like this.
Like, even if it is a mistaken recipient, sending this sort of thing by email is just insane.
