Yeah this is to identify people to be sent to death camps. They have no intention of actually paying this out.

Sign me up, I have a bachelor's in Electrical Engineering and a Master's in Systems Engineering. Not an immigrant though, unless you go back a couple hundred years, but I'll gladly leave given the state of things.

The first ones out are going to be the research scientists, high-level engineers, and multinational product/project managers who will be filling jobs in Canada, Europe, etc as markets and projects uncouple from the US.
