honestly, i was just doing my usual thing of 'wasting hours distracting myself just to avoid facing the scary difficult shit in my life'. i literally just needed to put down my phone and Do Things, but it feels impossible sometimes...

i've found that meditation helps me get out of this headspace, but - i need to get myself to meditate 🥴

idk really. i'm gonna try again, wish me luck ✊😼
