My favorite is when there's a euphemism of some sort and the tumbler comment is pretty much just "the joke above me is a reference to sex."
I used to buy erm... "wares" from a "merchant" called Holden. We'd often ask Holden if he was holding. He got sick of it very quickly.
I had a dealer who preferred that his customers ask for Mr. Caufield when calling so he could reply (or not) "I'm Holden"
