So what happens when some pirate uploads copyright material? Who is responsible for opting out? The copyright holder?
feels like the lawmakers suddenly believe piracy is in the nations interest cause rhey are panicing on AI stuff they don't understand.
I'm quite impressed by how the UK has managed to have one of the governments with the most dog-shit takes you could imagine over such a long time. Congrats, gents.
