I thought he hated China. China is basically this close to flooding the world markets with practically every consumer good and messing up economies. But he decides to go after his closest economic allies.

We can't really go hard after China until we move our microprocessor production out of Taiwan, unfortunately.
Taiwan is not China though.
Somebody should tell China that
