Strongly reminds me of the Palais idΓ©al du facteur cheval in Hauterives, France !

A "palace" that was singlehandedly built by a postman over thirty years (late 1800s) with pebbles mainly picked up on his route.

I've been there, it's pretty crazy. There are a bunch of anti-government rants in front of the entrance that you can't see from this picture, so this place has a pretty weird vibe.

He worked on it for 75 years. (Age 15-80)
