I've got poached eggs on an english muffin, with a mix of tomato, onion, basil, fetta, capsicum and cucumber.

Muesli/flakes and coffee. If I don't have grains in the morning I fall asleep at lunch.
School holidays, no rush to do anything today, about to cook bacon and eggs to go in English muffins.
Wash it down with EB tea.
