LOL, don’t know what it is for a Monday, but it must be hot dad day in the Ikea service area. πŸ˜‚

Is it OK to drink the water in New Zealand because I once drank the "island water" on Hamilton Island and I was very crook that night.

Urban areas are fine. There should be signs indicating you can't drink tap water if you go rural. Afaik

Nope. Just a bag of smoked fish.

None of the parcels have arrived or really been updated. The 3 I ordered from Kmart nearly a fortnight ago, are still sitting as "in transit" in my suburb, and have been since Tuesday. The one from NBN Sydney I think got confused when I redirected it. Express posted from Sydney, arrived in Melbourne like 15 hours later, then sat around as "held at facility - in transit redirect" at the LPO in the suburb of the new house for 3 days, then got sent to Dandenong South, then from Dandenong South to sunshine yesterday, and hasn't moved as yet

The 3 from China were attempted delivery on Friday, but apparently Amjad from the mad cow Express tried to deliver it for the 1 hour I was out on Friday with the gate shut, so took it back to "MEL_DC-01". There was also a sneaky last parcel I got off eBay, it was specifically marked Australian stock, shipping from wheelers Hill. Wheelers Hill my fucking arse. It's been a week without the tracking marking it received by the post office. 100% a dropship from China

(I know that seems like a lot of parcels, but the 3 Kmarts were all from the same order but they decided to ship everything individually from different stores. The 3 AliExpress ones were for a project, but all sent individually. And the NBN one was a connection device replacement, so I didn't pay for it. The eBay was for the same project cause I couldn't find a trustworthy seller on AliExpress)

Christmas parcel rampup. Everything is being flung from sorting centre to sorting centre as they try and load balance the volume

Question: my new house has bayonet lightbulb fittings. That much I know. I can't work out if they're B22 or B15s though, and neither the bulb or fitting seem to say

It's probably a B22 being connected to the mains, and mounted in the roof, right? B15s are almost exclusively lamp fittings, I think? Safe assumption to make?

Sunlight and physical activity is supposed to fix my sleeping pattern πŸ˜’ What gives? Just keep exhausting myself into crashes and instead of forming a better schedule still waking at the exact wrong times.

I’m doing some washing hoping the neighbours don’t hear it and sweeping the carpet. It’s harder than the vacuum but a lot quieter and gets tracked litter. Then tomorrow I can possibly go over for any finer dust that got missed.

Then once again I need to confront the kitchen… I’m tempted to just order that bench top dishwasher straight to my house right now but afraid it might get stolen.
