Also boss: "Why do all our RAIDs keep failing?"

Good dreams get to me when the content feels unattainable :(
You know itβs hot when your Indian colleague is complaining about the weather.
Iβve turned the aircon on, not because of temperature but because of the humidity. The brief rain made it worse.
I has a friend:
Didn't get the role I went for sadly.
Am drowning with work atm. Asking manager for more money tomorrow.
dang, was this in the same company or a different location?
Different place
has it gotten that unsustainable at the current joint? Damn! hopefully the outgoing boss might find need for you in a new role.
Everybody is leaving. We're going to be absolutely fucked as soon as we come back from Xmas break.
We are in serious trouble when those people finish up.
It's gonna get ugly.
skyβs gonna be pretty
I managed to snag one of those white Steam Decks as a graduation present for my girlfriend. They're a nice little unit, Valve really made sure to give them that premium feel like an Apple product
How do you type on them? I've always wondered that, since if I invested in one it would be to play FFXIV and I'd want a way to chat. Always assumed it was a touch screen thing, and have no idea how well that would work for it.
Yes, it would be a pop-up touch screen keyboard and the track pads work very well as a mouse too.
I would just check compatibility with the Steam Deck if you want to play a game like FFXIV. It's OS is Linux so some online games don't like it because of the anti-cheat they use.
So I opened up at work to some people how bad things have been with some higher ups, part of my stress is coming from work and how powerless I am to control a situation that was related to yesterday afternoon.
There was agreement in place to mitigate and manage the situation but that didn't work yesterday and I was subjected to a lot of stress even with the aid of someone with me.
I had to make it clear that I need to be supported at work because inevitably the root cause of the problem is coming from work and they need to support me better because it's coming from work, I don't believe that I should be seeking external help when the problem is actually coming from work.
Positive team building post. π
So what is the first song you remember? Mine is The Beatles, Twist and Shout. I must have been about two and a half, maybe younger. I remember the joy of it.
Something by Harry Belafonte or Nana Mouskouri. Now that Iβve googled Harryβs songs, Iβm amazed how many I know, lol.
I used to watch the Nana Mouskouri show every week. She was such a huge tv star, had such a lovely voice and nice personality.
U2 - I Still Haven't Found What I'm Looking For
One thing I'm very grateful for with my upbringing is that there was a lot of music - the Beatles, Beach Boys, U2, Meatloaf, The Seekers. We'd go on family drives (to other country towns for their pokie joints), but the drive was always great with the music playing.
