We have a quiz, people. This is not a drill.
5/10 - a couple of lucky guesses, but more unlucky ones. Story of my life.
Completely forgot that the Queenscliffe music fest. is on over the w/e.
Been hearing them do sound checks all day.
Brought up the line up.. only name I recognise is the wiggles sound system.
Not exactly slammin' Drum and Bass but I hope they play this Certified banger with none other than DJ DOROTHY
Last chance day for cupboard sales, all the leftovers are going out on the naturestrip. There should be a buyer picking up one this morning which means only two left over. It's been a bit tedious getting rid of them. but it is good to get the space back. Now I just need to move the tent - I've sold it three times already to people who never showed up.
Edit: plus a bonus typo for the day: just got asked if the cupboards are lovable (instead of lockable)
I guess if they were loveable you wouldn't be abandoning them on the side of the road
Ginger beer's on special buy at Coles, 2 x 1.5L Kirk's brand for $3.50. I grabbed a couple and am going to enjoy the sunset from the patio
I've developed a bit of a taste for ginger beer/ale recently. Just goes so nicely with the warm weather. The Bundy ones are my favourite, followed by Schweppes. Keen to try the Kirks
Edit: ive tried it, it's not the best. It's a lot "spicier" tasting than shcweppes ginger ale, and it's been too long since I had a Bundy one to be sure, but I think it tastes spicier than that did too. I'm not really picking up on the ginger though. Plus the lack of a glass bottle makes it a lot less cool
Any ideas on where to go out tomorrow night for drinks? Usually I'd go to a bar or live music but wondering if anyone has summer evening suggestions
in this heat? arbory afloat or pony fish.
Excellent!
Yeah in this heat those sound like decent suggestions other than Arbory being stupidly priced, I'd only add Riverland or maybe Boat Builders but more of a walk for something even more casual.
Otherwise you're looking out for well cooled rooftop bars that are further out. There are some in the CBD like the rooftop cinema but others are a specific vibe.
India all out for 150. Nothing makes me laugh more than r/cricket when India are losing.
BTW 150 is a shit score
Tomorrow was not a great choice to book a chemical peel. I think I better buy a hat.
Sleeping in and cat breakfast time are not compatible concepts
audio visual cabinet has been sorted , I so want to reboot and reset all the devices so they at least sync but my husband would have conniptions
Goodnight from the purple room ๐
Yet another wrong address food delivery drop. Yell out for the guy but he dgaf. Next door heard and claimed it. Now I get to be judgy about his Maccas arvo snack
It looks like my gardening bee is going to be wetter than originally expected. Great for the plants, but I might end up going through a few changes of clothes. At least it is still going to be warm.
