My son earned a new PC in 2020 for getting straight A's. I built it using a Fractal Design case with a tempered glass side panel. Fast forward to now, I wanted to upgrade his GPU, but when I removed the glass panel, it unexpectedly shattered!

Since it was way past the warranty and my fault, I contacted Fractal Design, fully expecting to buy a replacement. To my surprise, they wouldn't let me! They couldn't process a RMA because the damage happened after shipping, and they weren't selling replacements directly in the US. Instead, they just asked me to send a prepaid shipping label, and they'd send me a new panel for free!

Talk about going above and beyond! I was already a fan of their products, but now I'm a customer for life.
