Artillery continues to be high, seems to help a lot as Russians can't go on the offensive without sustaining big personel losses

I'm wondering how long they can sustain those kinds of losses. The number of anti-aircraft systems destroyed is much less, but the impact will be relatively high. Are those numbers just launchers, or whole systems?
