I used to have tons of problems with it but for the last 6 months or year it seems to be working fairly well for me.

Have to use it at work, it is a real nightmare.
That's not all, a ton of schools use it
I think I don't like that Microsoft has access to stored chat messages between kids.
It's the fucking worst.
