texmex sausages and steamed vegies for dins. Have no idea what they will be like. Weโll find out. ๐ญ
I bake them as it's so much easier and healthier and the snags are looking good so far ๐
This is a community to share food pics, food ideas and questions. Basically anything to do with food. Every day there will be a post called Tucker Time for you to share pics or descriptions of your evening meal.
There's only 2 rules that I can think of right now
Rule 1: Don't ridicule
Rule 2: Don't be an arsehole
If you can think of anything else let me know. Cheers.

Carbonara.
Home made? I never seem to be able to make the sauce.
Yup home made.
Recipe:
Whisk egg in a bowl and add parmesan / pepper. set aside
Bruise a few garlic cloves.
put in olive oil in a pan. Add chopped bacon.
get your pasta ready (just a bit shy of al dente), drain but save a bit of the water.
Remove garlic from pan.
Add pasta and water to pan. mix it around a bit lowish heat.
Remove from heat and let it sit for a min or two.
Add egg mixture give it a stir and serve.
Chicken pot pie (just thickened up the soup, added peas and crust, lol)
Yum!
Not sure yet.. I'm trying to interest the Peeler family in fresh pasta I brought home from work, aaaand they're sick of pasta ๐๐ผโโ๏ธ
A platter of meats and cheeses and fruits and vegetables and breads and beers and beers and beers and beers. Cheers ๐บ
I finally got up enough enthusiasm to make tortillas and did an extremely non-authentic fajita/taco thing. It was very yummy, but almost anything is yummy when wrapped in a freshly made tortilla.
Shit yeah. It's my diet during the warmer months.
