The Spätzle look a bit undercooked and dried out and there has to be waaaay more gravy on that plate. Otherwise this looks surprisingly authentic.

Definitely agree on the gravy, that was also one of my own criticisms to myself — I did not make enough 😂

To be honest they were just okay, I’ve had them at a German pub in San Francisco that were much better! It came out of a package so expectations weren’t very high anyway 😂
