So a 10 year old is seven times faster than me. That's just fine, not discouraging at all :)
Who held the previous WR?
I've been cubing for longer than some of these kids have been alive and they're 10s faster than me :')
Previous WR was also YiHeng Wang with 4.36 earlier this year. And IIRC the one before it was his as well, around 4.4-4.5s
Holy fucking shit. Man I remember the days where a sub-9 average would put you in top 10 worldwide/
It continues to blow my mind how these kids are doing sub-5s with ease these days
In 2015 when I was in my cubing prime. I got to watch Feliks Zemdegs get a 6.89 single. And that was the highlight of my fucking year. It’s crazy how much faster the best have got.
