Today someone told me that he heard through the grapevine that OpenAI has been selling it's ChatGPT (not sure which version) complete model to one or more key organizations (companies) whose policies simply do not allow it to store any data on external servers. Does anyone here know anything about that?

No, but my organization could use that. Holy crap. We have a ton of policies that ChatGPT could parse easily.

Why not look at Meta’s LLAMA?

Or TII's Falcon 180B for some serious power

There are deployments through Azure private cloud setups that should pass most requirements. For instance these do not feed back data to openai. We use this and are super cagey regarding any data leaving our systems.

We are deploying this for a law firm in Europe and cagey doesn't even scratch the surface.
