I know, you're joking around, but:
- the L could have been capitalized due to title casing, and
- the actual article does not capitalize it.
I mean, yeah, it was OP's already improved title, which confused me. But still, the actual article title only makes sense, if we're not using title casing and we're talking about the first ever woman getting COVID.
Why wouldn't you add from which country she is in the title and let us all guess? God damn it, this pisses me off more than it should.
