"All rights reserved" is an optional term used to prevent people from unwittingly breeching the copyright on your media.

"All rights reserved" sounds like a quite ideal response to me though, legally.
Basically the same as someone uploading a video to YouTube with the description "no copyright infringement intended"

If I was in that situation, I would let the Sovcit write whatever the hell they wanted on the paperwork just to give the judge a heads up as to what was coming.
