They will come back as electrics. Subaru isn't making the STi this ywar either.

The GTI had a roughly 50% take rate for the manual iirc, so this is just VW killing it off altogether. May as well, it’s all crossovers (ügh) and EVs from here, and the Golf is already dead.

Well let’s hope we’ll soon have something to emulate the fun of manual cars in EV’s as otherwise it’ll just be boring.

Otherwise we’ll just have to buy old cars for cheap.
