Chili fries are better than most fries short of this one place in the mountains near me. Some real fucking good cheese fries.

Literally never heard of disco fries till now.

Apparently been making disco fries whenever I’m out of curds and I can tell you from experience that, no it’s definitely not better than a proper poutine.

Order a poutine with white truffle aioli if you can. So damn good.
