little buddy loves banging out libre writer classics on a T420 but the under trackpad/nub buttons have become non functional due to spills and sneezes, even using an external mouse on it now is a bit hit or miss. laptop has had forever the infamous palmrest crack and still runs, so, maybe?

surely a top case replacement would solve it... maybe even a good spray of contact cleaner would, I'll give that a go actually
