It actually isn't half bad depending on the model. It will not be able to help you with side streets but you can ask for the best route from Texas to Alabama or similar. The results may surprise you.

Yeah that's kinda silly. Would make more sense to give the LLM access to e.g. an openrouteservice API and let it convert the response to human readable language.

It was mostly designed as a challenge question. I do have access to mapping software
