A Unix-like OS is preferred, but any operating system is fine, as long as you are doing cool, or unique stuff with it.

So, honest question. Where does the association with becoming trans or cross dressing come from when it comes to Linux? I always see the memes and appreciate the pictures but I'm ootl on this.

@LogicalDrivel @snowsynth i would say that it's related to Unix socks. You know, these long striped socks that a proud Unix user should use.
