Joining a group of randos who take every fight, having to solo all the objectives because the randos are still stuck in the first unending fight while time is running down.... Extracting just for them to razz you for the least kills....

And/or they don't know you can disengage from fights.

I don't like to spare a foe of democracy but sometimes time is short or the team struggles.
