This is a Dengist community in favor of Bashar al-Assad with no information that can lead to the arrest of Hillary Clinton, our fellow liberal and queen. This community is not ironic. We are Marxists-Leninists.

What for? Trying to address the ruling class directly?
invite more foreign investment into China because China.
Does China need foreign investment? Even then, does China need to invite them? Numbers speak for themselves, corpos are tripping over one another trying to get into China
Maybe he's worried that recent tensions will drive them away
Attempt to slow/mitigate/stop decoupling which contrary to rosy denial that exists in online western communist spaces is happening on some level with a desire for more.
Investment money is nice but keeping the west reliant so they can't attack so soon is nicer as is preventing them from attacking entirely by using their greed.
