I'm in the same boat with ADHD and anxiety. Finally getting myself medicated for anxiety at age 30. Would have been nice if I hadn't been yelled at about those "black box" pills when I talked to my mom about it when I was younger. But here we are and I'm just grateful I've gotten started healing.
