This is clearly a gun that causes who ever you shoot to time travel to the date of your choosing. They arrive unharmed except for the gun shot wound.
Knowing this gun, the gunshot wound is the least likely part.
I know nothing about this gun except for what I have written about it for dnd. I am sure in its IRL form, it is highly improbable that it is operational but you'd be surprised.
I am not a gunsmith or an engineer but for hypothetical purposes you could possibly make it look like that and still fire a single round.
Would love to know more if you care to elaborate!

It's the tool gun. Its the menu/spawning/tool item in Gmod. Gmod is a sandbox game with some of the craziest mods, so it basically dose EVERYTHING.

Make sure you got Counterstrike Source and any other Source games installed. It pulls extra assets from them too and most mods use them.

I mean maybe, there probably should be a consequence for forcing time travel on another. That's a very specific condition and I feel you have a sound reason behind the question and I'd love to hear more
