Doesn't answer OP question. OsmAnd doesn't use or support Material 3 / Material You design system.
Gotcha, disregard my comment then.
Just for context, Material you when relating to Google Maps refers to the user-generated content that is contributed to the platform. This can include things like photos, reviews, and ratings of places such as businesses, restaurants, and other points of interest.
It is... such an odd way to call it that way, in addition of the already present Material You, if true. https://source.android.com/docs/core/display/material
