I cut soda out of my diet and run a couple hundred miles a month. Given me big legs that aren't overly muscular, and a relatively low amount of fat. Your skin doesn't have to be as clear as it looks like it does, I feel like mines pretty awful but it doesn't really show up in pictures I take.
