As far as I know they basically don't have quality control because they eliminated most inspection positions. ๐Ÿ˜’

I guess they're adding more, but I certainly won't be flying any time soon.

I'm not saying you should fly if you don't feel comfortable, but it's still one of the safest forms of transportation.

They are, but I wouldn't blame Boeing for this one. General Electric is the manufacturer of these engines.

Boeing builds airframes. The avionics and engines (and many other components) are designed and manufactured by other, more specialized companies.

With the door that blew out, to me that's part of the "airframe" so Boeing is 100% responsible.
