I'm still convinced the stress of crisis mode is subtracting years from my life
Yeah, I think it's pretty evident in my case already. I used to intentionally rely on adrenaline from stress to do my job.
Then again, it's not like I wanna live that long anyway, but I think stress worsens the later quality of file as well.
Yeah I'm definitely aging faster than most of my family.
