Could have saved me a lot of time if they just said it was 200 bucks at the start of the fuckin article.
That might not be that much more expensive. I've already replaced my P1 controller due to drift twice (2x$60), which Hall effect sticks prevent.
Are there not hall sticks you can just put in the old controllers that were drifting? I did that with my joycons.
That sounds really helpful! Did you have instructions or anything?
The ifixit site has very well-done instructions.
Just have it repaired for a fraction of the cost. I had a stick replaced for like 10 bucks.
Where did you get that done? My local place refused to even try.
