MODERATORS
This is neat. But I don't see the utility. Do people even call businesses anymore?
The businesses that force you to call them, typically don't actually want to talk to you, they're just throwing friction up to reduce the number of people who actually contact them. So they'll just create yet another convoluted queuing system to disincentivize pixel users
Businesses like Google actually, getting a human to respond to you for a Google issue, even with your Pixel phone, is a Herculean effort.
Those are the only phone calls I make these days. Everyone else can be reached by message and video calling.
