Indigenous Canada is divided on this .... and most indigenous family and friends I know are all heavily influenced by the anti Trudeau rhetoric.
Personally, the liberal government have done lots to help first Nations across the country. You can see it in all the programs and services that are active and continue to be developed everywhere. Compare that to the Harper conservative years where every native community, service, organization or group lost most of all their funding ... done almost lost everything overnight. Native country has been spending the last five years recovering from all that.
If a conservative government gets into power now, native people will be left with nothing and they will lose out on all those economic partnerships that are held together with just a tiny amount of trust from the liberal government. We would have no trust with the Tories.
The liberals don't get everything right ... but they've been doing a good enough job for me. And I can see it in the little bit of prosperity that is happening in every native community right now.
